Your order will be despatched as soon as we can.

Orders will be delivered to your plot and you'll receive a notification by SMS text message on the day your order will arrive.

Depending on the item it may take around 2-3 days.

If your order is urgent then please let us know.

For stock items that are not personalised you have 14 days to return the item for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

On the rare occasion that an item is faulty or incorrect when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put this right.
